Quartz Stone

Quartz is a naturally occurring silicate mineral composed of silicon dioxide(Sio2). It ranks 7.0 m MOH (Measurement of hardness) Scale behind topaz, sapphire and diamond 10. Quartz exists naturally in cluster and not on blocks which make it unsuitable for use in natural state and needs to be connected into another form to make it use in various application.

Engineered quartz stone is manufactured from a mix of quartz chips, powder, polyester resin binder, pigments and additives. They can be made in wide range of colour, patterns and texture. The ratio of quartz in total product mix is generally more than 90%. The quartz product bridges the gap between nature and technology by eliminating all inherent problems that are prevalent in natural products.
